Millinery 102: Structured Fabric Hats April 23-25th, 2010

Ava Hansen Millinery offers a three day millinery workshop at her millinery studio. Space is limited to keep class size small so each student receives personal attention and instruction. At the end of the class, each student will know how design, create a hat pattern for a crown and brim, construct a Structured Fabric Hat, and will leave with 1 Structured Fabric Hat of their own design. The class also covers: Anatomy of Hats, Headsize Measurements, Finishing Techniques, Trimming Options, and a comprehensive resource list including millinery supply houses, glossary, and reference materials. Class tuition is $275.00 plus $25.00 materials fee. To register send a 50% deposit with your name, address, phone number, and email address to Ava to reserve your space. The balance will be payable upon the first day of class.
